Cost Platforms include the following:
Laser-etched model surface in a chosen material and finish with a flat site or gentle topography
Any context buildings in block format detailing roof pitch and finished in a single colour or material
Level of detail appropriate for the model scale, type of model, and proposal
Information required:
Proposed building plans, elevations, and sections in DWG or DXF format
Defined site plan with level information and OS mapping covering the full model area
Any visuals or supporting documentation and 3D context information in SketchUp

You tell us about the project and the purpose of your model

We listen and ask questions to understand the key narratives of your project

We are happy to advise about a suitable approach for the model to achieve your required outcome
Interpret
We assess your initial information and carry out our own research if needed

We design and communicate our proposal to you in the form of a written quotation with visual content

If you are happy to proceed, the model specification, cost plan, timings, and delivery information are agreed upon by written approval in an email or purchase order
Create
You provide all necessary information to make the model including 2D/3D drawings, visuals, site surveys, etc

We extract and manipulate the information required from the drawings and make your model to the agreed specification to our exacting standards

We provide regular progress reports as the model construction progresses

We monitor quality control throughout the model build and resolve any issues that are picked up via our attention to detail

We deliver the finished model and carry out installation if required. This could vary from assembly in a marketing suite to traveling abroad to hand over the model.
