This marketing model was constructed for Millennium Estates to generate pre-construction sales revenue.

Incorporated into the model is an apartment finder illumination system linked to a keypad and display which relay information to the user about each property within the scheme. The realistic spray finishes applied to the buildings are set against a white base with a matt black plinth and acrylic cover supplied to complete the display.
