This sectional model was made to support a competition entry for a new residential site in Eddington. The model shows a section through one of the residential blocks revealing the internal room layouts, deck access, underground parking and allows the viewer to imagine themselves inside the internal courtyard. 

The floors, internal walls, and staircases are formed using laser cut and etched white and clear acrylics. Maple veneer with laser-etched brickwork and landscape patterning is applied over to form the final surface finish. Stylised trees, etched metal railings, and window frames spray finished dark bronze compliment the final model appearance along with sliver vehicles and figures.
