This large-scale detailed timber model supported marketing and planning activities to help secure final project funding.

The floors, internal walls, and staircases are formed using laser cut and etched white and clear acrylics.  Maple veneer with laser-etched patterning is then applied over to form the final surface finish.  Contoured landscape, stylised trees, white vehicles & figures complement the final model appearance.  The model is internally illuminated using white LEDs.
